Opening up our market place

Continuing with the theme of getting more of the products that we sell up on the web-shop

I reckon that you have finally made it in the bonsai world if you sell your own, branded fertiliser !!  :-)

This includes our own concentrated foliar feed. I need better, more water proof labels I think !

We also sell the more traditional rape seed cakes

A fairly new item for us is a range of plastic training pots from China. These are good value for money, are quite rigid and have the proportions of ceramic bonsai pots.

Two shapes, this oval and the rectangle in the previous photo, four sizes in each shape.

Also from China is this rectangular display table, two sizes available for smaller, shohin or chuhin bonsai. Nicely made, not too ornate and well finished.

We also have two sizes of this square, similar pattern table, also for small bonsai.

The first of two very well-engineered, stainless steel turntables aimed at the enthusiast with smaller trees.

Similar but with shorter legs. Made by a local, professional engineer.

Been on the market for some time now this heavy-duty branch/trunk bending bar

Now this is an interesting product. When the Chairman of the British Shohin Association, John Armitage was in Japan at Taisho-en, he was very impressed with this bending clamp. So he purchased one and on his return to the UK got a local, professional engineer to copy the tool, this is one of those tools. It allows the bending to be done in a very controlled manner via the fine screw mechanism.
